Good Samaritan hosts and participates in a multitude of ministries.  Some ministries serve the church grounds, buildings, office, the church proper and its members.

We have the Altar Guild, Flower Guild, Linen Guild, Nursery, Choir, Sewing Guild, Health Team, Holy Prayer Partners for healing prayers, Prayer and Worship Team, Library, Sunshine Cards for members who are ill, the Martha Ministry, to make casseroles to be frozen and available for bereaved families.

Some ministries provide for special outreach to the local community and the world wide community.

 The F.A.S.T. Ministry for Justice works to achieve the betterment of all in our local neighborhoods.

Cookies and letters are sent to our troops in service to America.

We answer the call of the needy, generously contributing to the RCS Food Bank, Clothes for Kids, Episcopal Relief & Development  project NetsforLife and the Dressagirlaroundtheworld project.

We participate in the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life.

A new home based ministry named MAGNIFICAT is designed to promote spirituality within each individual. Its purpose is to magnify the Lord in each of us.

The Pennies From Heaven Ministry provides school scholarships there.

 All of our membership volunteer their time, talent and treasure to help attain the goals of these ministries. Every step is a step of love.

HEALTH CORNER:  Once a month, blood pressures will be taken after the 10 AM Sunday Eucharist by Jennifer Witherspoon, RN.  The dates to be announced in the bulletin.
